Flower City / 花城
Capital of Bauhinia, near the geographical center of the country. The flower, of course, means the bauhinia flower.
History
Flower City used to be the capital of the Bauhinian Empire too. After the revolution, the republicans redecorated the emperor's palace and simply used that as the government building.
