Rose went to the same elementary school as Harmony and Sugarcane.
She had always been the popular kid at school, but the only two kids she wasn't able to "conquer" were Sugarcane and Harmony, whom she despises and tells everyone else to isolate. And now that they've went to some fancy cool "spy school," she's bound to cause them more trouble.

Rose is popular, but the cool and aloof Sugarcane sees right through her bullshit and pays her no mind. Rose is pissed at her because of it.
