The dictator president of Bauhinia. Extremely powerful.
Kismet was born with nothing special, but he consumed 5 other souls with extremely strong superpowers and now he has all 5 common powers. He is after Tundra's immortal body. If magic weren't impossible to get ahold of, he would've went for that too.
His 6 souls made him into a rainbow and molded his text color into pure black.
He has his extremely powerful mind-reading tuned to the entire Flower City. Usually people would just be background noise, but he would be alerted if there are in-subservient thoughts.
He is actually the reincarnation of Hyrax with memories intact. Because of this, he came up with the idea (or rather, Hyrax learned that Kismet would do this and Kismet did) of eternal death, to prevent people from reincarnating, let alone with memory.
After acquiring Tundra's body, he needed stand-ins for himself in public appearances, and thus Project Kismet was initiated.

Relationships
Nebula (advisor)
Nebula is one of Kismet's most important advisors, specializing in magic (duh). She was the one who came up with most of the policy surrounding magic control in Bauhinia. She is informed about Project Kismet (meaning she knows the public Kismets are fake) and in direct contact with the real Kismet (meaning she saw Kismet in Tundra's body). To sum up, she's one of the people in Kismet's closest circles.
Though she doesn't trust him at all. She uses her magic to shield her thoughts.
Hyrax (acquaintance)
Of course they know each other. The two most powerful beings in Bauhinia — and probably the entire continent. And of course they're both cishets. The world is run by cishets. It's a cishet world for cishets. If they were gay though I could've shipped them. Too bad :(
Pinecone (double)
Pinecone doesn't really know about the things Kismet had done, and she doesn't care. They are matters of the state, and that's not in her hands.
Rosemary (employee)
Absolute loyalty: that's what Kismet demands of the people around him. And absolute loyalty is what he got from Rosemary.
Trivia
- His rainbow border comes from too many souls leaking aura. This is purely a design aspect and in-universe characters can't see it.

- Design clarifications
- The marks on the girls' faces are eyelashes, not face paint! You can draw whatever you want; I'm just making sure you don't think it's face paint.
- None of my characters have real-world skin colors! Their races are just whether they have ears or horns on their heads, so everyone's skin color is the same.
- You can draw whatever color you want as long as it's either normal human color, or grayscale. My default is Chinese though for your reference.
- The highlights on their hair are parts of the design, and are optional.
- Their ears are furry but not fluffy. Shorthair, if you may.
- Don't
- NSFW, 18+, whatever.
- This involves artistic nudity.
- Or anything that sexualizes them.
- Change their eye color too much.
